At Chulita Hill Farm and Creamery we make small batch artisan goat cheeses.
Nestled in the Piney Woods of East Texas, we sustainably raise our goats and make cheese from the milk on our farm. This allows us to have control over every aspect of our cheese production. Our goal is to make the best cheese money can buy, all while striving to reach a zero-carbon footprint and leave the land better than we received it. 

We are very excited that our Fall Farm to Table Dining Experience is getting near; we have had a great response and look forward to hosting you. Join us in celebrating the joys of seasonal dining and exceptional cheese-making. Your visit not only promises a memorable culinary experience but also a connection to the heart of our farming community.

 

Many have asked about our menu but it will not be announced until the event because we will be showcasing the freshest produce and items available on our farm, other local farms, and items that are foraged at that time.  Some of the ingredients that will be featured are locally grown mushrooms, American beauty berry jelly, chevon, artisan cheeses, prickly pear cactus, and other local treasures.
