This dining experience will include a six course meal prepared by Merci's World Cuisine with Chef Merci Nicklas Sous Chefs Melissa Rogers and Tracy Nicklas.
All of the ingredients used in this meal will be sourced from our farm, local farmer friends or small farmers in Texas.
You will also get to tour our farm, meet the goats and see our new cheese making facility.
